Fred Newell

Fred Newell, who for over 12 years was the lead guitarist for TNN's "Nashville Now" television show, adds the Babicz Identity Jumbo Cutaway to his arsenal. Along with performing live on television for literally millions of viewers, Newell has also recorded/performed with such country legends as Waylon Jennings, Barbara Mandrell, Percy Sledge, Maria Muldaur and Willie Nelson. Fred Newell is a bonified veteran of the Nashville studio scene and has been heard on albums by George Strait, Ronnie Milsap, Jerry Reed, Connie Francis and Hank Williams Jr.
