Vision 4 Music Song Contest Rules and Regulations

1) Each song submitted must be contestant's original work. Songs may not exceed 5 minutes in length. Contestant may submit as many songs as he/she wishes. Multiple songs per CD is allowed, cassette, and lyric sheet. Entry fee is non-refundable. Vision 4 Music is not responsible for late, lost or damaged, postage due, or stolen entries.

2) Prizes will be awarded to the name on the entry form. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

3) Contest is open to amateur songwriters only. No songs under a professional contract may be entered. Employees of Vision 4 Music Inc. are not eligible.

4) Entrants are responsible for songs entered into the contest. Submitting false information will result in immediate elimination and disqualification. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names, likenesses, or voice for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

5) If you wish to receive song contest information by mail include self-addressed stamped envelope along with your entry form. CD’s, cassettes, and lyric sheet will not be returned.

6) Contestant’s submission of an entry into the contest constitutes his/her agreement to release, indemnify and hold harmless Vision 4 Music, Inc. and its agents against any claim whatsoever, including without limitation, of copyright infringement, personal injury, claims, causes, demands, or other misappropriation, arising from any acts or omissions in connection with the contest or its operation and holds Vision 4 Music, Inc. harmless for use of acceptance of prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for prize. Entry into the contest constitutes contestants agreement to sign such releases.
